There's currently a poll (about whether or not the city council should allow backyard chickens) on the left-hand side of the Times-Call site, but you have to scroll down quite a bit to see it.

For the sake of over clarification, please vote "yes!" When I first saw the poll I almost voted "no" based on the wording of a "limited number of permits," because I want them to approve chickens period!
